I've been a real estate photographer for over three years now in Delaware Country and surrounding areas! I can travel anywhere in Indiana, with an applied travel fee outside of Muncie, IN.
All properties get charged a $35 admin fee. After that, it is $15 per room in the house photographed, you can expect 2-6 images per room, no limit on picture count, and a $0.75 charge per mile outside of Muncie, Indiana.

Once our contract is confirmed, I get an address and schedule from you to get the work accomplished! I request that the homeowners meet me at the door if they live there and pets are put away. If the home is vacant, I just need access inside!
Once the property photos have been completed, I make some touch ups depending on what the property might need. Everything will be deliver via email under your name and agency name. My turnover is within 48 hours of taking the photos.
Once I send you the real estate photos, I will also send you an invoice dependent on your final album. Payment can be made via check, Zelle or Venmo.
